This Privacy Policy explains how Lumifox (“Lumifox,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use our website, platform, AI companions, and other services (collectively, the “Services”), and when you contact our customer service team, engage with us on social media, or otherwise interact with us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. If significant changes are made, we may provide additional notice.

Collection of Information

Information You Provide to Us:

  • Content: Memories you plant, letters you write, reflections you save, and any feedback you submit.

Use of AI Companions

When you interact with Lumifox’s AI companions (such as Lumi, Thistle, Fen, Sora, Kiri, and Wink), your conversations are private and not monitored in real time. Conversations are processed to deliver the Service and to improve the platform, but we do not use your private reflections, memories, or letters for marketing or public display.

AI-generated responses are for emotional support purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

  • Analyze trends and usage;
  • Remember your preferences;
  • Improve the Services.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. At this time, we do not serve advertising cookies or use retargeting technologies.
